2、ofsomeexceptionalkeyareasshallnotexceed20mg/Nm3.Thisstandardequipmentforthermalpowerplantelectrostaticprecipitatorahighertechnicalrequirements.Inthispaper,spoilerandconductivefilterplankswasstudiedbynumericalsimulation.TheGambitsoftwarewasusedtobuildthemodel
3、.TheairflowdistributionwassimulatedbytheFluentsoftware.Inordertoobtaintheoptimalshapeforspoiler,flowfiledoftheESPwithdifferentshapesspoilerwassimulated.Resultsshowthat:settingtheSpoilercanformalowvelocityzoneinthevicinityofthecoronawire,conducivecathodedustc
4、ollection;thespoilerintheshapeof“︱”and“〔”canmakethefluegasvelocitybewell-distributed.Bychangingthemountingpositionoftheconductivefiltertank,flankheight,width,holingrate,obtaineddifferentair-flowdistribution.Thenumericalsimulationresultsshowthat:settingtheSpo
5、ileraftertheanodeplatecanformalowvelocityzoneinthebehindoftheanodeplate,conducivetothecollectionofdust;decreasethemountingdistance,theairflowdistributiontendstobeuniform;theflankheightdoesnotaffecttheflowdistributionandtheamountofgasthatentertheconductivefil
6、terplank;withtheincreaseofthewidth,theair-flowdistributioninsidetheelectricfieldtendstobeuneven,butgasentertheconductivefilterplankincreases,sothewidthcanbeadjustedaccordingtodemand;whentheholingrateis50%,theair-flowdistributionisbest.Thesimulationresultsoft
7、heconductivefilterplanksandgrooveplanksshowthat:replacethegrooveplankswithconductivefilterplankshaslittleeffectontheairflowdistributionofthefrontoftheelectrostaticprecipitator;conductivefilterplanksismoreconducivetoimprovingtheuniformityoftheairdistribution.
