1、中文摘要中父专焉要本文对比了不囝乳液聚合工艺对有机硅改性丙烯酸酯聚合乳液性能的影响,选择半连续预乳化聚合工艺,制备出涂膜性能优异的有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液。文中研究了各种工艺条件及因素对乳液涂膜性能,聚合稳定性及动力学方面的影响,主要包括:单体种类和配比;功能单体用量;乳化剂的选择、用量及非离子型/阴离子型复合乳化剂配比;引发剂的用量;有机硅氧烷类型、加入量、加入方式;pH值;聚合温度;搅拌速度等。针对有机硅氧烷容易水解,进而阻碍有机硅氧烷与丙烯酸酯自由基聚合这一问题,本文选用有机硅氧烷后期饥饿态滴加方式,以及利用碳酸氢钠调节乳液pH
2、值在5-7之间。通过红外谱图分析发现,这两种手段配合使用,可有效地抑制有机硅氧烷的水解。并由此得出聚合反应的机理,即有机硅氧烷先与丙烯酸酯发生自由基反应,将硅氧烷引入丙烯酸酯中,然后硅氧烷再发生水解缩合反应,从而提高丙烯酸酯的耐水,隧、耐沾污性、耐高低温性以及力学性能等。关键词:有机硅丙烯酸酯乳液聚合IVAbstractInthispape‘theeffectofdifferentpolymerizationtechnologicalprocessontheperformanceofacrylicesteremulsiongraft
