1、无卤阻燃苯乙烯基热塑性复合材料的研究摘要本文首先讨论了共混工艺对HIPS/PPO合金力学性能的影响,并据此确定了制各HIPS/PPO合金的最佳工艺条件,得到了具有较好综合力学性能的合金。在此基础上制备了阻燃性能达到UL94V0级的无卤阻燃共混物。通过拉伸实验和冲击实验对HIPS/PPO及其阻燃共混体系的力学性能进行了系统的研究和比较。结果表明:HIPS/尸PD合金的拉伸强度符合相容共混物的共混法则,TPP的加入有效的提高了共混物的阻燃性能,而MH则有比较14J‘-}的消娴f1:川。川{I¨IIlr{ili微镜SEM研究了阻燃共混物的拉伸与冲击断口,研究了断mff{J
