3、ieldsandwithmoderatediastereoselectivity.Thismethodprovidesanovelandimprovedmodificationofthethree-componentMannichreactionintermsofmildreactionconditionsandcleanreactionprofiles,usingveryasmallquantityofcatalystandasimpleworkupprocedure.Carryingoutorganicreacti
4、onsinwaterhasbecomehighlyprovideâ-aminocarbonylcompounds,whichareimportantdesirableinrecentyearstomeetenvironmentalconsider-syntheticintermediatesforvariouspharmaceuticalsandations.1Theuseofwaterasasolemediumfororganicnaturalproducts.4Theincreasingpopularityofth
5、eMannichreactionswouldgreatlycontributetothedevelopmentofreactionhasbeenfueledbytheubiquitousnatureofnitrogen-environmentallyfriendlyprocesses.Indeed,industrypreferscontainingcompoundsindrugsandnaturalproducts.5tousewaterasasolventratherthantoxicorganicsolvents.
6、However,theclassicalMannichreactionisplaguedbyaInthiscontext,inrecentyears,muchattentionhasbeennumberofseriousdisadvantagesandhaslimitedapplications.focusedonLewisacidcatalyzedorganicreactionsinwater.Therefore,numerousmodernversionsoftheMannichHeteropolyacids(HP
