5、···················································79致谢····················································································································80ii山东师范大学硕士学位论文摘要东营市位于黄河入海口,是黄河三角洲的重要城市。然而,东营市地表水年33均水资源量仅为4.47亿m,地下水年均水资源量为0.85亿m淡水资源,当地水资
6、源总量不足以支撑经济、社会的发展。因此如何保证水资源能够可持续地利用,能够更好的服务人类是目前亟待解决的问题。本文在具体分析了东营市2009年、2015年、2020年水资源供需平衡的基础上,对东营市2000年-2009年水资源可持续利用水平进行了客观的评价,并对2013年-2020年的可持续利用水平作出预测。主要研究内容如下:第一部分为绪论,主要介绍了选题的背景及意义、国内外研究现状、论文研究的主要内容以及技术路线。第二部分介绍了东营市的自然地理概况和社会经济概况。地理概况主要介绍了地理位置和研究范围、气象气候、水文地质
7、、地形地貌、土壤、动植物资源。最后重点介绍了东营市水资源,包括当地水资源以及客水水资源,客水来源于黄河、小清河以及支脉河等。第三部分为供需平衡分析。需水预测包括四个部分:生活需水预测、工业需水预测、农业需水预测以及生态环境需水预测。供水预测包括地表水资源、地下水资源和客水资源。论文采用了定额法对东营市2009年水资源的供需状况进行了计算、分析,并对规划年2015年、2020年的水资源供需进行了预测,二次平衡结果可知:2009年在50%、75%的保证率下,总需水量大于总供水量,缺水量33达到15372万m和32148万m;
8、2015年在50%、75%的保证率下,缺水量达到3333986万m和19093万m;2020年在50%、75%的保证率下,由盈余3715万m3到缺水量达到12096万m。第四部分以DPSIR模型为框架,分为驱动力、压力、状态、影响及响应五个方面,选取了21个指标,构建了可持续利用评价指标体系,并对东营市2000年到2
