1、摘要随着经济全球化进程的加速，在全球经济版图中出现了产业集群。随着我国改革开放的深入，产业集群迅速发展，在区域经济和产业发展中扮演着重要的角色。国内外发达地区的经验表明，产业集群的培育与发展，对于提升江西省的产业竞争力、加快其经济发展及实现崛起目标都具有极其重要的现实意义。大力发展产业集群是江西经济社会加快发展的必然选择。本文对产业集群的有关理论进行了梳理，阐述了产业集群的特征及相关支持理论，并对产业集群研究中的有关概念进行了界定。通过对江西产业集群历史资料的整合追寻其发展轨迹；通过区位熵等数据的计算，比较分析江西与沿海发达

2、省份的差距并判断出江西产业集群的整体现状；通过波特教授的SWOT分析法，揭示了江西产业集群发展的环境；通过案例分析在江西现代产业集群中具有一定代表性的吉安电子信息产业集群，进一步凸显出江西产业集群发展的主要问题及不足，为优化发展的方向提供了主要思路。通过比较分析国内产业集群发展的成功经验，着眼于江西产业集群发展的现实问题，本文从政府、社会、园区、企业等四个层面提出富有说服力的对策建议。本文的研究对象选定为欠发达地区的产业集群，采用理论与实践相结合、规范分析与实证分析相结合、定量分析与定性分析相结合等研究方法，率先对江西产业集

3、群突出的、根本性问题及优劣势环境进行系统分析，为政府及相关部门全面掌握现状、发现问题和作出决策提供了理论支撑。这些研究在理论上具有一定的科学性、开创性和针对性。关键词：产业集群；江西；比较分析AbstractWiththeaccelerationofeconomicglobalization，industrialclusterappearedintheglobaleconomiclandscape．WiththedeepeningofChina’sreformandopeningup．rapiddevelopmentofin
