6、······,·········⋯⋯611防锈蚀保护····,·········‘·······,·········,·····“······,·,··················,·················,·,·,···⋯⋯10DL/T889一2004前言本标准是根据原国家经济贸易委员会电力【2002170号文的要求,在SDJJS03-1988基础上进行修订编写的。原标准自1988年6月1日颁发实施至今己经15年。近10年来,大容量、亚临界、超临界火力发电机组以及新工艺、新技术不断投入使用,300MW及以上火力发电机组已成为我国火力发电厂的

7、主力机组。因此,对制造厂出厂热力设备的检查,对热力设备在运输途中、安装现场、安装清扫、水压试验用水、化学清洗、机组启动前的水冲洗、蒸汽吹洗、机组启动时的水汽质量标准、机组的防锈蚀保护等方面的化学监督要求更高更严。巧年来,国内外火力发电厂的科技工作者在火力发电机组的化学监督方面取得了很多新成果、好经验,为本标准的修订提供了重要的科学依据本标准主要修订了如下内容:—增加了前言。—增加了规范性弓f用文件。—增加了热力设备在基建阶段的化学技术监督报告、检验报告等,并要求将报告整理后作为机组的基础资料存档。—增加了铜管氨熏试验前,先检查铜管内表面等内容。—对热力设备
