2、livingstandards,consumer’sneedsfordisposablehygieneproductsaregettinghigherandhigher,soft,fluffyandbreathablehotairthoughbondednonwovenfabricproductshaveattractedmoreandmoreconsumers.Tofurtherimprovetheairpermeability,absorbencyandrewetcapabilityofthebi-componenthotairthroughno
3、nwovens,thisthesisputthefocusonthestudyoftheperforationmachine,perforationprocessandperforatedmaterialpropertiesofthebi-componenthotairthroughnonwovensAfterthebi-componenthotairthroughnonwovenshadbeenmade,itwasdeliveredtotheperforationmachinewhichwasdevelopedbythethesis.Inorder
4、toachievethesuitableshapeofthehole,concave-convexrollershadbeencontinuallyimprovedondesign.Thepilotmachineandprocesswerecontinuouslymodifiedandimproved,eventuallywedevelopedtheperforationmachinewiththecapacityofmassproductionanditcouldaccommodatethedifferentbasisweightofbi-comp
5、onenthotairthroughnonwovens.Inthisthesis,thechangeoverofthemachineforperforatingon22gsmand27gsmbi-componenthotairthroughnonwovenswasconvinentwithoutchanginganyfittingbutonlychangingtheprocessparameters.Andtestresultsontheperforatedmaterialshowed:comparedwithnon-perforatedbi-com
6、ponenthotairthroughnonwovenswithsamerawmaterial,andcomparedwithsimilarbasisweightspunbondednonwovens,perforatedPE/PPbi-componenthotairthroughnonwovenshadbetterpenetrationrate,airpermeabilityandrewetetc.Theperforationtechnologyonhotairthoughbondednonwovensstudiedbythethesishasta
