1、AbstractChinahasalonghistorywithhistoricdistrictsacrossthecountry,ofwhichthemajorityofcommercial—residentialstreetsconstituteahistoricalcommercialblock．Landscapeandhistoricalcontextofecologicalandothertourismresourcesofhistoricalcommercialdistrictlocatedinthesmalltown,istheopportunitytodevel

2、optourismforthetown．Historicalcommercialblockinthecurrentsituationofscarcelandresources，thepotentialvalueofminingtotourismdevelopmentasthemainmeansofcombiningtheprotectionofhistoricdistricts，operationaltravelandleisurebusinessprojects，toleadtheareauptothecity'seconomicdevelopment，thusimprovi

3、ngtheresidentsstandardofliving，istheuniversallyacceptedmodeofdevelopment．Facedwiththischallenge，especiallyinsmalltowns，howthecontextoflimitedeconomicresourcestoobtainhigheryield，lowerinvestmentrisks，developmentsequenceisparticularlyimportant．Thus，thispaperproposestheevaluationmethodoflandres

4、ourcevalueinthetown’Shistoricalcommercialblockinordertoselectanadvantageasthemaindevelopmenttargetneighborhoods，tofacilitatetheoptimalallocationofresourcesandavoidblinddevelopment．Thisstudybasedonqualitativeandquantitativeanalysis，referenceandinnovation，theoryandpractice，thehistoricalcommerc
