3、orehowlanguageisusedtoestablishtherelationshipbetweenauthorandreader．AppraisalTheoryiseffectiveonthestudyofcontroversialissuewhichhasgreatevaluatingresources。Overaperiodof20years，theworkofdevelopingAppraisalTheoryisbeingcarriedoutbymanyresearchers．Therearealotofappraisalstudiesworkingondi

5、beenstudiedprofoundly，especiallythecomparisonsbetweentwokindsofgenres．Thereisstilllargespacetoexplore．SincetheadvancementofChineseintemationaltrade，someeconomistsandUSgovernmentareimposinggreatpressureontheappreciationofChinesecurrency．ObamahasfrequentlyattackedChinaovertheRMBissue．Whethe

6、rChinaispushingworldeconomyintoagreatinflationaryslumpisbecomingincreasinglycontentious．Intheyear2010，theissuebecamethefocusdisputebetweenChinaandUSA．andthenewsreportsonRMBexchangeratealsoattractedattentionfromexpertsandordinarypeopleallaroundtheworld．Mostmediacriticsandcriticaldiscoursea
