1、长沙湘城建筑给排水工程——消防系统设计摘要本设计是聚宾馆、商贸、娱乐等为一体的综合大楼，楼高18层。本建筑物给水排水系统均按高层建筑给排水要求进行设计。设计的全部内容包括：建筑给水系统设计、热水系统设计、排水系统设计、雨水系统设计、消防系统设计。给水系统分高、低两个区，负一层到地上三层为低区给水系统，由市政管网直接供水；四层到十七层为高区给水系统，由高位水箱供水；高低区有一根管道相连，以防低区停水时可暂时由水箱供水。热水与给水是一致的分区方式，每个分区有个水加热器，都放在负一层，高区水加热器冷水由高位水箱供水，低区水加热器由市政管网直接供水，它们有各自的循环回流系统

2、。本设计采用污废水合流排放体制。生活污水、废水经化粪池进行局部处理后排入城市排水管网。设专用通气立管，即为双立管排水系统。管材采用螺旋消音排水塑料管。结合本建筑结构外型、地区气候条件及设计条件要求，本设计雨水排水系统采用天沟外排水系统。该建筑防火等级属于中危险级I级。消防给水系统分为室内消火栓系统和自动喷水灭火系统，火灾初期10min由高位水箱供水，10min后由各自的水泵从贮水池抽水供给。在屋顶设实验用消火栓装置，消火栓给水管网上下呈环状布置。室外设地下式水泵结合器，保证消防系统安全可靠。关键词：给水；热水；排水；雨水；消防；第52页共52页长沙湘城建筑给排水工程
