1、摘要昆明文华苑住宅小区2号楼位于西山区政府办公楼西侧。场地愿为耕地鱼塘,多位中高压缩性深厚软土,其有机质含量较高、天然地基承载力较低,含水量较大。场地后期经人工堆填,地势较为平坦,地貌上处于昆明湖积盆地中西部,拟建住宅楼为7层框架结构,占地面积54.6×23.5㎡,拟建物对差异沉降敏感,建筑物安全等级为二级。结合技术可行性、处理可靠性、经济合理性这三个方面加以考虑,决定采用深层搅拌桩粉体喷射法进行地基处理。经过一系列的设计计算,采用深层搅拌桩直径为500㎜,有效桩长9.0m,单桩承载力设计值为118kN,共打深层搅
