2、Prof.MingsuoZhangMasterofPublicAdministrationPublicAdministrationSchoolMay,2012摘要摘要农民工是我国工业化、城市化进程加快出现的特有现象，已经成为我国职工队伍新的组成部分，是我国经济建设的主力军，为有中国特色社会主义市场经济的发展作出了巨大贡献。但在现实中，人数众多的农民工却仍然是一个弱势群体，农民工权益遭受侵害的现象依然比较严重，进而影响了和谐社会建设。维权是工会组织的基本职责，积极维护农民工权益是当前工会维权工作的核心。但是，工会在维护农民工权益时还面临着诸多主客观问题，影响了工会维护农民工

3、权益的实效。本文依据公共管理的相关理论，调查了当前农民工权益保障的现状，研究分析了工会维护农民工权益工作中的存在的问题及其原因，结合安阳市农民工权益维护的实际，就新时期工会维护农民工权益工作进行新的探索和实践。关键词：工会农民工维权实践AbstractAbstractThemigrantworkerisaspecialgroupinChina'sindustrializationandurbanization.Thisgroup,asanewpartoftheChina'sworkforce,isthemainforceofournation'seconomicconst
