1、山西财经大学硕士学位论文我国中小企业集群融资研究姓名：岳志峰申请学位级别：硕士专业：会计学指导教师：余春宏20120228摘要随着社会主义市场经济体系的日臻完善，中小企业在社会经济中的地位和作用越来越重要，但目前我国出现大量中小企业主跑路现象，一时间将社会各界研究的焦点集中在寻求中小企业倒闭的深层次原因上，研究显示，中小企业资金问题是制约中小企业发展的重要“瓶颈”问题。然而由于中小企业自身的特点问题，致使目前中小企业融资研究成效不尽人意，鉴于此，本文试图从企业集群角度出发，以“我国中小企业集群融资研究”为题，以期通过自己的研究，进一步丰富我国企业融资理论，并提出可行对策

2、推进中小企业进行集群融资，促进中小企业健康发展。本文研究主要从中小企业集群融资基础理论入手，借鉴国内外相关研究成果，通过剖析我国中小企业特有的融资现状，挖掘中小企业融资难的深层次原因，在此基础上进一步对中小企业集群融资的必要性和可行性进行分析，从而针对性地提出推进我国中小企业集群融资的措施和建议，并通过现实案例的分析对研究进行验证。本文研究结果表明，中小企业集群融资在理论和实践中都具有很强的可行性，应该将政府机构、集群中介、集群内中小企业以及金融资本市场几方面力量进行有效整合，切实推进我国中小企业进行集群融资，突破融资“瓶颈”。【关键词】中小企业企业集群集群融资政府金融
