1、毕业论文(设计)电动剃须刀外壳模具设计论文 摘要近年来,小家电在不断地渗透进我们的生活,在用细节改变着我们的生活品质。较之从前外观单调、性能单一的剃须刀产品,今日剃须刀在高科技氛围下的它又呈现出了一番新天地:延长使用寿命;防漏水系统和自动安全全身水洗,安全可靠;人性化设计和自动清洗装置也令剃须刀更长久耐用。在外形上,新款电动剃须刀更具流行曲线,显得灵便轻巧;外观的色泽丰富多变,综合体现了电动剃须刀好用又好看的流行风格。本文在用Pro-E软件对电动剃须刀零件进行分析,该分析主要目的是在分析成型工艺合理性的同时,优化型腔
2、布局形式,根据分析结果确定合理的成型工艺和较好的型腔布局形式。本文后面着重介绍了塑件的工艺性分析、分型面的确定、浇注系统的设计、排气系统、导向与定位机构、脱模机构、侧向分型抽芯系统的设计、成型零件的设计、标准模架选择、温度调节系统、各参数的校核等。关键词:剃须刀外壳;软件分析;注塑成型;模具设计ABSTRACTInrecentyears,smallhouseholdelectricalappliancesinthe continuouslyinfiltrated intoour life, changing withthe d
