2、用，为我国环保工作作出了重要贡献；同时，我们也应该清醒的认识到，当前的环境监测工作仍存在很多不足之处。所以，如何进一步加强环境监测，对提升环境的保护力度是十分重要的。本文首先介绍了我国环境监测的现状，从基层监测站、监测质量、监测仪器、监测数据、监测分析方法、监测人员、应急监测机制、监测体制等各方面分析了环境监测管理中存在的问题，并分析了产生问题的原因；通过对从环境监测的基本内涵、环境监测管理的内涵、环境监测预警体系内涵等方面研究，相对应地提出了加强环境监测管理的对策或建议。希望为我国的环境监测工作提供理论参考，确保环境监测在环境保护工作中起到应有的作用。
