1、摘要背景在世界范围内，无论是男性还是女性，肺癌都是最常见的导致死亡的疾病之一。肺腺癌是最为常见的病理类型，而且还在呈上升趋势。随着近来采用高分辨率计算机X线断层扫描(HRcT)筛查肺癌的应用，毛玻璃样阴影病变(GG0)已经频繁得到关注。毛玻璃样阴影病变是一种非特异性表现，可由多种疾病引起，包括炎症性疾病、局灶性纤维化、非典型腺瘤样增生(从H)、肺泡原位腺癌(AIS)和腺癌。本研究旨在分析肺腺癌的高分辨率计算机X线断层扫描的影像表现与病理表现之间的相关性。材料和方法对16例肺腺癌术后的患者资料进行回顾性分析。根据肿瘤在纵隔窗的最大直径与在肺窗的最大直径

2、的比率将肿瘤定义为含气型(比率≤50％)和致密型(比率>50％)。CT表现(同质／异质，支气管充气征，胸膜尾征，毛刺，血管受累，胸膜增厚，肿瘤边缘，形状)及病理特征将被记录、分析。结果在3例含气型患者中，两例为早期浸润型，一例为浸润型。13例致密型患者均为浸润型。毛刺与异质表现被发现与病理浸润显著相关。结论含气型肺小细胞腺癌的病理常表现为早期浸润型，而致密型肺腺癌的病理通常表现为浸润型。毛刺与异质表现与浸润性肺腺癌显著相关。关键词毛玻璃样阴影；同质：异质ABSTRACTBackgroundLungcanceristhem0Stcommoncancer
