1、广西大学硕士学位论文广西农村劳动力非农就业倾向性研究姓名：商晶晶申请学位级别：硕士专业：农业经济管理指导教师：邵法焕20120628广西农村劳动力非农就业倾向性研究摘要就业乃民生之本，我国农村劳动力的非农就业状况则直接影响着中国就业整体状况，影响着我国现代化进程的推进和社会经济的协调发展。农民的非农就业选择行为和其就业能力、就业质量直接影响着农民收入水平，与缩小城乡收入差距、推动农村经济发展有密切的联系。因此，系统的研究农村劳动力非农就业行为及其择业倾向性则具有十分重要的意义。本研究为了分析农村劳动力非农就业行为的现状和

2、问题，运用问卷调查法、访谈法、文献资料法等实证研究方法收集资料。在广西区的南宁、百色、柳州三个行政区进行随机问卷调查和个案访谈，对调研数据进行了Logistic回归，在详细分析了农村劳动力非农就业行为现状的基础上，分别分析了个人特性、就业观念、人力资本、以及社会就业环境对农村劳动力非农就业选择倾向性的影响程度。模型回归结果显示风险偏好、薪资报酬、就业机会识别能力、受教育层次、工作技能和职业发展观六个因素与农村劳动力非农就业倾向性呈正相关，并以此为基础给出了提高广西农村劳动力非农就业能力和质量水平的对策建议。关键词：农村劳
