3、ftheactive/passivesmallbiconicalantennasbasedonthesitetestenvironmentaredemonstrated.Astheinputimpedanceofthesmallantennaalwayschangewithfrequency,weputforwardonebroadbandmatchingtechniquetoovercomethedifficultyofthebroadbandmatchingforactiveantenna,whichiscal
