1、提要目的：本研究旨在通过对中医古代文献中记载的有关太冲穴的相关内容进行统计整理，总结太冲穴的应用规律，对太冲穴刺灸法、针具疗法、配穴及针灸适宜病症进行总结分析的研究，为建立太冲穴针灸适宜病症谱以及为太冲穴临床和科研提供文献及理论依据。方法：以《中华医典》（第四版）收录的中医古籍1000部为检索范围，检索太冲穴的相关文献，应用Excel表格进行数据处理，建立数据库。对太冲穴主治病症和腧穴配伍病症进行分类，并按照中医各科进行统计。通过对太冲穴刺灸法、刺激量的分析统计得出古代太冲穴刺法灸法、刺激量的应用规律。对太冲穴配穴的统计得出太冲

2、穴的腧穴配伍应用规律。结果：在文献统计中关于太冲穴主治应用的条目有1210条，符合纳入标准的有752条，其中纳入太冲穴治疗病症标准的共有689条，涉及87部古籍，包含105种病症。太冲穴腧穴配伍的使用频次总有1433次,涉及太冲穴配伍的穴位为167个。结论：①太冲穴用穴频次在前10位的治疗病症为痹症、胸痹、腹痛、血证、虚劳脚气、黄疸萎黄、痉证、水肿、腰痛、中风。②太冲穴单穴频次在前三位的治疗内科病症为：咳嗽、黄疸、痫病。③太冲穴在古代常用的刺灸法为灸法；针刺深度为针三分；针刺时间为十呼；灸法刺激量为三壮。④太冲穴的腧穴配伍应用中
