2、hecharacteristicsofpatients,theirrelationshipswithpatients’constitutiontypes,predisposedconstitutionsandtheriskfactors,furtherproposeeffectivepreventionsandtreatmentsonthedisease.Methods:150femaleperimenopauseinsomniapatientsand150femaleperimenopausehealthysubjectswereinvestigated
3、withTCMconstitutionscale,PSQIandself-designedquestionnairebasedontheclinicepidemiologymethod.Results:Casegroupdiffersfromcontrolgrouponconstitutioncomposition.Incontrolgroup,yindeficiencytypesandeventypesaremostfrequent,whileincasegroup,52cases(34.7%)areinqistagnancytype,38cases(2
4、5.3%)inyindeficiencytypeand25cases(16.7%)inqideficiencytype.ItcanbejudgedfromtheresultscombinedwithTCMtheorythatthetypesofqistagnancy,yindeficiency,andqideficiencyarepredisposedconstitutions.Estrogenlevelsdiffersignificantlybetweencasegroupandcontrolgroup.TherearedifferencesinPSQI
5、totalscoresamongdifferentconstitutiontypesaswellasinthefactorscores.Patientsinqistagnancytypeneedlongertimetofallasleep.Qideficiencysubjectsscorehighestinday-timefunctiondisorder,whilstyindeficiencypatientsscoremostinsleepdisorder.Exercisehabits,dailyschedule,familyrelationshipsan
