2、上都有着很大的发展，已经发展成为一个名副其实的“全球网”。电子商务的诞生：自Internet的出现以来，大量的信息通过它迅速传播，突破了原有的通信方式。在网上不仅可以迅速找到相关方面的内容，而且信息的传递也比以前快多了。所谓电子商务，就是双方利用现代信息技术手段进行的数据（信息）交换活动。它有广义和狭义之分。狭义的也称作电子交易（E—Commerce），广义的（E—Business）则又包括了有关电子交易的资源调配、虚拟商城及企业决策等。这些商务活动可以发生在公司内部、公司之间及公司与客户之间。电子商务网站
