1、摘要ABSTRACTThepepper(CapsicumannuumL.)isasolanaceaepanicummiliaceum,whichisthermophilicbutcannottoleratehightemperature.ThelinepepperisaimportanttypeinChina.Atpresentthelinepepperhasbecomethemaineconomicalcropinmanyareasofourcountry.Itisnecessarytostudyontheheattoleranc
2、eofpeppersastheheatdamageinsummer.Inthisstudy,6peppervarieties,whicharecommoninmarket,weretreatedunder30℃,35℃and40℃toidentifytheheattoleranceatgerminationandseedlingstagesandstudytheinfluenceonphysiological-biochemicalcharacteristic.Thisstudystillinvestigatedthecampest
3、ralagronomiccharactersofthe6peppervarietiesinmidsummer.Themainresultswereasfollows:(1)Theresultsofgerminationtestshowthat:‘XinxiangNo.24’and‘HangjiaoNo.1’aregerminationheatresistantvarieties;‘XinxiangNo.2’and‘XinxiangNo.8’showedmoderateheatresistance;‘LafengNo.3’and‘No

8、于[1]中南美洲热带雨林地区的墨西哥、秘鲁等地,于明代传入中国。辣椒中含有丰富的维生素C、β-胡萝卜素、叶酸、辣椒素、矿物质等,既可鲜食调味,也可入药,具有重2要的经济价值和食疗保健作用。2011年世界辣椒种植面积已达370万hm,产
