2、成了大量的人力资源浪费。本文采用重点分析国内自2008年以来对大学毕业生就业情况所做的统计调查，及对大学毕业生失业成因的研究资料的整合分析这两个方法，结合世界上其他国家和地区对大学生就业促进工作方法，得到了以下的结论：目前，我国就业市场上之所以出现大学生业难题，除去因扩招影响所造成几年大学毕业生大量涌入就业市场外，大学生有业不就，企业招工要求苛刻，学校人才培养方式不适应社会需求等也是造成就业难的主要原因。个人、学校、社会三者之间要找到一个平衡点，从三方面寻求方法，促进大学生就业。大学生要转变自身观念，积极提升自身综合素质，国家建立积极的就
