2、结构演进的共性。诚然每个国家的自然环境和经济发展状况不同，我们不能一概而论，但是我们可以在结合自身国情的前提下借鉴美日英在产业结构调整方面的成功经验，选准主导产业，大力发展信息产业，用信息产业改造传统产业，培育成熟的市场经济体制，充分发挥比较优势，．同时企业要加强自主创新能力，充分吸引人才，逐渐形成以知识或技术密集性为主导的产业结构体系，从而更快地实现我国的产业结构软化升级。我国在努力实现产业结构优化升级的同时，也要从产业结构生态化的角度，转变发展观念，努力构建人与自然和谐相处的生态环境，逐步走向新型工业化道路的和
