2、longjiangInstituteofTechnology2012-06·Harbin摘要柔性制造系统（FMS）是集成了自动控制技术、人工智能、计算机语言编程组态监控等现代化技术的生产设备。目前实践教学作为教学过程中的一个环节，是工科院校培养跨世纪创造性人才必不可少的。为配合卓越工程师试点工作中的课程改革，结合教学研究任务，本设计针对学校实验室的柔性制造系统中的立体仓库环节进行实验前期准备工作。本设计主要由三层12仓位的立体仓库和四自由度码垛机械手两部分组成。其中码垛机械手由机械传动部分和电气控制两部分组成，电气控制

3、是由西门子S7-200CPU224XP型可编程控制器(PLC)、步进电机驱动器、开关电源、位置传感器等器件组成。在设计过程中，不断参阅相关电气设计规范的资料，参照现有的码垛机的工作模式及控制方法，最终完成PLC为控制核心的码垛单元的PLC控制系统设计，并应用组态软件制作监控仿真界面。关键词：柔性制造系统；码垛机；立体仓库；PLC；组态IIABSTRACTAFlexiblemanufacturingsystems(FMS)istheproductionequipment,whichintegratestheautomat
