3、展的对策。共分四部分进行论述：第一部分，责任保险概述。说明了责任保险的概念、特征、类别、发展沿革和发展责任保险的意义。第二部分，我国责任保险市场分析。阐述了我国责任保险市场目前的发展概况，对市场的供给和需求的影响因素和现状做了分析。第三部分，国外责任保险市场发展情况及对我国的启示。通过与美国和日本的责任保险发展情况和经验对比，提出了我国责任保险市场发展的不足。第四部分，加快我国责任保险市场发展的对策建议。从建立适合责任保险市场发展的法律环境、经济环境和政策环境、以及加强保险业内管理的角度提出加快我国责任保
