1、摘要摘要21世纪是“网络经济”时代，伴随着科技、经济和社会的发展，互联网像一张不断生长和扩展的网，伸向世界的每个角落，影响着人类生活的各个方面。而高校对网络的需求度及依赖度又很高，因此受到网络的影响也就很大。现代化信息技术的飞速发展为医学生岗前培训的发展提供了必备的条件，所以立足于网络的特点，构建针对性强、实用性高、具有高扩展性的网络培训平台才是医学生岗前培训的最佳手段。本文依据医学生目前网络教学建设情况和医学生岗前培训工作的重要性，以培训教学信息资源为研究对象，论述了在网络环境下，培训信息资源

2、设计与开发的基本过程，对促进医学生岗前培训网络教学信息资源的建设具有实践意义，同时提升了岗前培训的质量和内涵，开创岗前培训网络教学新模式。本论文主要解决的问题是基于网络的医学生岗前培训平台的设计与开发，研究的主要目标是建立适应本校医学生培训和实习特点的网络平台。研究过程中，笔者以现代教学理论为指导，注重理论与实践的结合，不断更新教学观念，应用网络资源与网络信息技术，努力构建具有前瞻性的网络培训平台。本论文首先阐述了研究背景与意义；接着回顾了医学生岗前培训的国内外研究现状；然后介绍了现在经常使用的
