1、摘要摘要随着通信技术的发展，目前已经开始步入了第四代移动通信技术的时代，HARQ技术作为3GPPLTE关键技术之一，对LTE要求的高速率传输和高可靠传输起着至关重要的作用。首先本文对HARQ相关技术和国内外发展现状进行研究，指出了现有HARQ技术在管理机制方面存在的问题，进而简述了本文的主要研究工作。接着本文重点对TD-LTE系统中HARQ管理机制进行研究与设计，实现了HARQ管理系统的跨层结构，并符合3GPPLTE协议对各层的技术要求，通过真实场景测试分析了不同HARQ类型的性能，设计出适合本论文中HARQ管理系统的H

2、ARQ类型。在此基础上，进一步详细设计与实现了HARQ管理系统的处理流程和错误处理机制，同时HARQ管理系统在多核硬件系统上采用消息传递机制进行数据交互，针对这一特性设计了自适应消息分发器，接着为提升HARQ管理系统具有更为良好的性能，对下行链路自适应模块进行了方案改进，从而实现了小区平滑切换。在本文的最后，通过配置真实的测试环境和一系列的测试方案对HARQ管理系统的相关性能进行验证，并对测试数据进行分析和总结，证明了HARQ管理系统各方面性能表现良好，符合设计要求。关键词：3GPPLTE：HARQ：消息分发器；下行链路
