1、热顶一电磁成型系统模拟与实验研究摘要本文将热顶铸造的思想引入到电磁连铸中,即在结晶器上加热顶,可减小液面波动,稳定弯月面;适当减小结晶器的高度,可削弱结晶器对磁场的屏蔽作用,提高电源效率。本文针对热顶一电磁连铸过程进行了模拟与实验研究,测量了电磁连铸结晶器内的磁感应强度,找出其基本分布规律,并确定了电磁连铸的合理工艺参数;用有限元法进行了三维电磁场数值模拟;计算了结晶器高度和线圈结构位置等对结晶器内部磁场的影响规律,结果表明:降低结晶器的高度可使结晶器内磁场分布略有提高,但是感应线圈的高度对磁场影响显著,20mm高线圈的磁感应强度较40ram的提高85%;将热顶引入电磁连铸技术上,模拟其对
2、结晶器内部磁场的影响规律,模拟结果还显示热顶结构对磁场强度与分布影响不大。为熟顶一电磁连铸系统设计提供了依据。依据电磁场的实验和模拟结果设计了一套完整的热顶一电磁连铸成型系统。包括结晶器、感应器、冷却水套、热顶等的设计。应用设计的电磁连铸成型系统进行了大量工艺实验,确定了合理的液柱高度、浇注温度、冷却水量和铸造速度等工艺参数,并成功制取了表面较光亮的铝合金圆锭。关键词:数值模拟,电磁场,电磁连铸,热顶,铝合金垫堡二皇壁垡型至丝堡型.复壅墼婴堑AbstractInthispaper,theideaofhot-topisleadedintheelectromagneticcontinuousc
