1、鞍山科技大学工程硕士论文摘要提高磨矿、分级效果的研究摘要本文从分析影响磨矿、分级效果的因索出发,利用磨矿动力学确定了最合理的球介质尺寸以及辅助分级在分级作业中的应用。通过对不同单粒级给料在不同球径、不同时间条件下的累积粗级别残留物的实验研究,利用一阶动力学曲线,确定最合理的球介质尺寸。实验室试验结果表明:一段球磨最合理的球介质尺寸为m70mm,二段球磨最合理的球介质尺寸为030mm或m40mm。通过对070mm、089mm的大工业对比试验表明:无论在球排粒度、旋流器溢流粒度、磨矿产品粒度特性、还是在分级效率方面,
2、一段球磨用070mm的钢球都比用t1)89mm的钢球有优势,这与实验室的试验结果基本吻合。但是不论用070mm的小钢球还是用089mm的大钢球,二次分级效率都达不到50%以上,不能满足生产要求,需要增加辅助分级。通过对在一段旋流器溢流下安装辅助分级设备的大工业试验表明:安装辅助分级设备可以使一次分级效率提高5.97%,二次分级效率提高15.57%,并且能使二次分级效率提高到50%以上,满足生产要求。关键词:磨矿,粒度,球介质尺寸,辅助分级,分级效率鞍山科技大学工程硕士论文AbstractTheResearchRe

7、tusingironballswiththediameterof70mmintheprimarystageisconsiderablybetterthanusingtheoneof89mm,nomatterwhichissueistakenintoaccountforbeneficialbalance,inspiteoftheparticlesizeofthedischargeofthemill,thesizecharacteristicofproduct,theclassificationefficiency.
8、Howerverusingtheoneof89mmor70mm,thesecondclassificationefficiencyisnotenoughtoarrivetothedemandintheindustrialbecausetheyarenothigherto50percent.Toinstallsupplementaryclassifyingequipment
