1、Y638602基于特征的冲模三维标准件库的开发材料加工工程专业研究生：龙玲指导教师：储凯摘要本文在分析了冲压模具设计过程中需要使用大量标准件的现状及建立标准件库的优势的基础上，钏‘对目前流行三维CAD软件内置的专业标准件库不足，分析和总结了国内外同行在此领域所做的～系列研发工作成果，并以三维实体造型软件SolidWorks为开发平台，应用基于特征的参数化造型方法和SolidWorks提供的二次开发工具，以及面向对象和数据库等技术，建立了一个工作于SolidWorks环境下的三维冲模标准件库子系统。该子系统主要包括冲模标准件三维模型库、尺寸参数库、标准件选择和

2、生成模块，以及用户界面模块。其中，尺寸参数库是按照关系数据库规范化理论对冲模设计手册上各种标准零部件数据进行规范化组织所建立的，零件模型库中包含了冲模设计常用的带设计变量的标准件模型。并运用了面向对象的参数化特征造型方法驱动零件模型生成所需尺寸的标准件。经过实例检测表明，本系统运行良好。用户通过系统所开发的友好界面选择所需标准件样式及主要参数，即可实现对标准件模型的直接调用。关键词：冲压模具，三维标准件库，特征造型，参数驱动。Solidworks，二次开发Developmentof3DStandardPartsLibraryForStampingDieBas
