2、energy,Gibbsfreeenergyandentropyundertheelectricfieldwerecalculatedandstudiedsystematically.BasedonThomas-Fermiequation,thecalculationmethodsofthemonatomicentropy,Helmholtzfreeenergy,Gibbsfreeenergyweredrivenout.Onthebasisofthese,followingtherequestsoftheaver
3、ageatommodel,usingvolumeaddingmethodandcirculationtarget-shootingmethod,thecalculatingmethodshavebeenextendedtothecaseofcompound,solidsolution,andalloy.Besides,theinteriorpotentialboundaryconditionundertheelectricfieldhasbeendefined.Energyparameterscalculatio
4、nmethodsofmonatomic,compound,solidsolution,andalloyundertheelectricfieldhavebeensetup.Energyparameters,suchasenergy,pressure,Helmholtzfreeenergy,Gibbsfreeenergyandentropy,whichpresentthecurveformwiththechangeoftheelectricfieldhavebeenfoundtothemonatomic,compo
