1、贵州大学2006届硕士毕业论文摘要本文采用山梨糖醇(TM-3)、有机磷酸盐(NA21)等有机成核剂,纳米SiO:、硅溶胶等无机成核剂对PP进行增透处理,并在此基础上,将硅溶胶与有机磷酸盐形成复配体系对PP做增透研究。分析了成核剂种类及用量、复配成核剂的组成及用量对PP透明性、‘力学性能及耐热性能的影响。通过雾度测试、PLM、DSC分析,结果表明:成核剂的加入可以显著降低雾度值,提高透明性。在同种基体中不同种类成核剂的透明改善效果不同,且在复配成核剂的作用下聚丙烯透明改善效果仍有提高。由PLM和DSC分析可知,加入成核剂,球晶尺寸降低,结晶度增加,从而使得晶粒对入射
2、光的散射、折射程度减弱,透明性得到提高。通过对透明改性材料进行力学性能测试,改性后的聚丙烯材料具有比未处理的基体原料更好的综合力学性能。由HDT分析表明,成核剂对体系的耐热性也起着明显的改善作用。通过试验得到改善聚丙烯透明性的最佳添加量分别为:在添加成核剂TM一3用量为0.45%,雾度值仅为42.8%;添加NA21则在含量为0.35%,得到雾度极小值为42%:复配体系中,硅溶胶为0.15%、有机磷酸盐含量为0.35%可获得最低雾度值36.3%,效果最好。关键词:聚丙烯,结晶,成核剂,透明性,热性能■墨型查堂!!塑旦堡主望些丝苎SummaryInthispape,W
