2、cles.Moreover,thecarboncoatingcanendowtheseparticleswithotherproperties,andthenthematerialisabletobewidelyusedaselectroni,electricandelectromagneticshieldmaterials,oxidation/reducioncatalysts,antibacterialmaterialsandspecialactivecarbonetc.presently,mostresearchesfocusedo
3、nthesynthesisofnano-metal/carbonfromorganometallicpolymersandmacromolecular-metalcomplexes,whichledtosomeproblems,suchashighcost,complicatedprocessanddificultyofmetalcontentcontrol.Inthisthesis,anovelmethodforthepreparationofnano-metal/carboncompositematerialwasproposed,i
4、nwhichD113resin,carbonblack、activatedcarbon,wasusedascarbonsourceandmetalsaltasmetalsourceinordertopreparenano-metalandalloy/carboncompositeparticles,viapyrolysisintherangeof500-130000.Thestructuralmorphologiesofthenano-metal/carboncompositeparticlesareinvestigatedbyXRD,I
5、R,TEMetcandtheefectsofpreparationconditionsonmorphologiesofnano-metal/carboncompositeparticlesarestudied.TheresultshowedthatPb02andNiwereobservedinPb/CandNi/Cwhichwerepreparedfromcarbonblackandactivatedcarbonprecursorsrespeitively.Carbon-encapsulatedNinano-particlesarepre
6、paredbypyrolysisofNi/Dll3precursorsfrom4000Cto7001C.ItrevealesthatthenickelparticlesexistemainlyintheformoffccNiphase,andnoevidenceofNioxidesorcarbidesareobserved,anditisfoundthattheparticlessizesofNiincreasewiththeincreasingofpyrolytictemperature.ButwhenFe/D113precursori
7、spyrolysedintherangeof400-700C,thecrystalstructureoftheironparticleisdiferent.Theproductsaremainlyironoxidesanda-FeasFe/Dl13precursorpyrolysedat5000,andasthepyrolytictemperatureincreasestotherangeof600-7000C,a-FeandFe3Careobserved.Meanwhile,A1203,MgO,MgA1204wereobservedin
