1、摘要摘要钢管中核心混凝土的收缩是引起钢管混凝土脱空的原因之一。为防止钢管混凝土的脱空,本文主要探讨了单掺和双掺ZY、MgO两种膨胀剂对核心混凝土收缩的影响。通过封闭条件下单掺和双掺膨胀剂膨胀性能的研究,结果表明,无论单掺还是双掺膨胀剂,都不能完全发挥膨胀作用,但具有一定补偿收缩的作用,且双掺比单掺补偿收缩的效果显著。双掺比例为ZY:MgO=1:l时,补偿收缩的作用最显著。通过封闭、标养、水中养护条件下膨胀剂膨胀性能的研究,结果表明,封闭条件下缺水是膨胀剂不能完全发挥膨胀作用的主要原因。通过封闭条件下增大水胶比后双掺和单掺膨胀剂膨胀性能
2、的研究,结果表明,无论单掺还是双掺膨胀剂,都能发挥膨胀作用,但是单掺ZY比双掺的膨胀效果显著。单掺12%ZY时,膨胀效果最显著。为进一步论证封闭条件下缺水是膨胀剂不能完全发挥膨胀作用的主要原因,对水中和封闭条件下养护的试样进行XRD和SEM分析研究,结果表明,不同养护条件下,膨胀剂水化产物的量和分布不同,为论证双掺比例不同,其膨胀效果不同。对双掺三个比例的试样进行MIP分析研究,结果表明,双掺比例为ZY:MgO=1:1时,lOOnm---lOOOnm孔径的有害孔所占比例最小。关键词:双膨胀;钙矾石;水镁石;膨胀率:封闭条件ABSTRA
