1、中文摘要本实验在BaTi03基PTC陶瓷颗粒中掺入石墨颗粒并利用环氧树脂使复合材料成型,以此来降低BaTi03基PTC陶瓷的室温电阻率。并且应用化学镀镍的方法在复合材料表面制备镍电极,避免了传统的电极制备工艺对环氧树脂的影响。通过大量的实验讨论了成型压强、树脂固化时间、化学镀镍以及镀后热处理等各个工艺参数对复合材料PTC性能的影响,根据实验数据的分析取得了各个工艺参数的最佳值;并且通过对比实验,取得了石墨.陶瓷颗粒级配的最佳值。在以上工作的基础上探讨了石墨含量、树脂含量对复合材料PTC性能的影响规律,实验发现复合材料的
2、室温电阻率随石墨含量的增加先缓慢的降低,当石墨与树脂质量比为1.6左右时急剧的降低,然后又缓慢降低直至试样接近导通;随树脂含量的增加先略有降低而后增加。升阻比随石墨含量的增加呈倒V形曲线变化,在石墨含量过高或过低时,升阻比都很小;随树脂含量的增加先增加后降低。综合以上诸影响因素,制得了室温电阻率明显低于BaTi03基PTC陶瓷颗粒的复合材料,同时复合材料的升阻比略有降低。应用PTC相关理论,结合导电高分子的渗流理论与有效媒质理论对这些现象做出了解释。关键词:石墨环氧树脂室温电阻率升阻比渗流阈值化学镀镍ABSTRACTI
