1、硕士论文离乙烯基SSBR/BR/NR硫化体系和填充体系的性能研究摘要本文系统研究了硫化体系和填充体系对高乙烯基SSBR/BR/NR共混胶的硫化特性,物理机械性能、耐疲劳磨耗性能、耐热氧老化性能和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明:不同硫化体系SSBR/BR/NR共混胶硫化速度快慢顺序为:SEV>EV>EC>CV,拉伸强度的优劣顺序为:SEV,EC>CV>EV,耐热氧老化性能优劣顺序为:EV>EC>SEV>CV,耐疲劳性能的优劣顺序为CV>EC,SEV>EV。不同填充体系共混胶的硫化速度快慢顺序为:N220-N330>纳米A1:嘎-N330>纳米ZnO
2、-N330;断裂伸长率的优劣顺序为:纳米ZnO-N330>纳米Al加N330>N220_N330;当纳米A1203/N330和N220/N330并用比为15/60时,SSBR/BR/NIl共混胶耐热氧老化性能最好;纳米ZnO-N330体系耐热氧老化性能随着纳米ZnO含量的增加而增加:纳米ZnO-N330和N220-N330填充体系的耐磨耗性能优于纳米Al:0rN330填充体系:纳米Al册N330,纳米ZnO-N330填充体系改善共混胶耐疲劳性能的最佳并用比分别为15/60和45/30,N330填充胶料的耐疲劳性能优子N220填充胶料的耐疲劳性能
