1、华北电力大学__I=程颈十论文摘要摘要随着我国电力事业的迅速发展,电网缺电的局面在一定程度上有所缓解,特别是在电力系统逐步过度到商业化运行的情况下,完善电力市场的运营系统是实现电网经济运行的前提。本文建立了完整的无功电力市场体系,融合最新和传统理论。提出计费无功容量的概念并建立了优化补偿的无功市场模型,将无功电力市场分解为无功容量市场和无功电量市场。在无功容量市场、无功电量市场两个方面进行了深入的理论与方法研究。强调应根据无功源对电网安全与稳定的贡献来确定其价值,通过灵敏度研究证明了该方法的正确
2、性。同时以IEEE一30节点系统和鞍山地区电网为例对无功功率价格进行了仿真计算,计算结果表明了该方法的可行性和合理性。根据无功电力市场的已有成果和本文所做的创新性工作,本文开发的无功电力市场软件。已成功应用于鞍山地区无功电力计算及交易。关键词:计费无功容量;无功容量市场;无功电量市场ABSTRACTAlongwiththeourcmmtryelectricpowerenterpriserapiddevelopment,theelectricalnetworklackstheelectricity
