1、华北电力大学__I=程颈十论文摘要摘要随着我国电力事业的迅速发展，电网缺电的局面在一定程度上有所缓解，特别是在电力系统逐步过度到商业化运行的情况下，完善电力市场的运营系统是实现电网经济运行的前提。本文建立了完整的无功电力市场体系，融合最新和传统理论。提出计费无功容量的概念并建立了优化补偿的无功市场模型，将无功电力市场分解为无功容量市场和无功电量市场。在无功容量市场、无功电量市场两个方面进行了深入的理论与方法研究。强调应根据无功源对电网安全与稳定的贡献来确定其价值，通过灵敏度研究证明了该方法的正确
