1、热致变色复配物的配制及微胶囊化研究中文摘要本论文主要研究了热敏玫红TF—R。/双酚A热致变色复配物的制备及其微胶囊化工艺的优化。以隐色染料热敏玫红TF_R。为电子给予体、显色剂双酚A为电子接受体和十六醇为溶剂制各可逆热致变色复配物,确定了其最佳配比。利用红外光谱和紫外光谱初步研究了此可逆热致变色复配物在变色时的结构转变,通过差示扫描量热分析研究了其变色效果,初步探讨了其变色原理。以脲醛树脂为壁材,可逆热致变色复配物为囊芯,通过原位聚合法制备微胶囊。研究TSU囊时的几个重要工艺过程条件(即预聚物的制备、分散和缩聚反
2、应)对变色复配物包裹率、粒度及成囊后性能的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热法、热失重分析仪和激光粒径测定仪对微胶囊进行了结构与性能表征,同时还研究了微胶囊的热稳定性、化学稳定性、耐溶剂性和力学稳定性,并对此微胶囊的变色区间、响应速度及变色循环次数进行了测试,得到了满意的结果,取得了有意义和科学价值的研究结果。研究结果证实,经过微胶囊化,提高了可逆热致变色材料的热稳定性、化学稳定性、耐溶剂性和力学稳定性,克服了可逆热致变色材料对环境的依赖性,达到了本研究的目的和要求,从而是新型可逆热致变色材料具备了广泛的应用
