1、中国石油大学(华东)硕士学位论文掺液抽稠泵的设计与举升参数优化姓名:王璐申请学位级别:硕士专业:油气田开发工程指导教师:曲占庆20090401摘要针对稠油粘度高、在井筒流动过程中受到阻力大等问题,对影响稠油粘度的主要因素进行分析,并在此基础上设计了一种新型掺液抽稠泵。建立了泵筒及锥形阀连杆的受力模型并对其进行强度和疲劳强度计算;建立了井筒温度、压力分布模型:建立了抽油杆柱力学模型,在此基础上进行抽油杆柱设计;在考虑各影响因素的前提下对泵效进行分析;编写软件对举升参数进行了优化。该泵在上冲程时分别将掺入液和地层产出液吸入上下泵腔,在下冲程时
2、将掺入液和地层产出液混合并举升,实现了油管掺液、套管生产,柱塞下混合降粘,克服了泵上掺液不能降低进泵原油粘度的缺点,解决了在井筒降粘和稠油抽汲中存在的问题,避免了出现砂磨柱塞的现象,减少了稠油对柱塞运动的阻力。对掺液抽稠泵的分析结果表明,它能够有效的对II类稠油进行井筒降粘开采。关键词:稠油;井下掺液工艺;稠油泵;结构设计;参数优化DesignofHeavyOilPumpMixingLiquidandoptimizationofLiftingParametersWangLu(Oil&GasFieldDevelopmentEngineeri
