1、万方数据指导小组成员名单刘海贵张涛甫陈建云郭虹教授副教授万方数据lI万方数据中文摘要本文对我国动漫产业的研究基于国家“文化走出去”战略的大背景，当前中国文化产业已经成为国家软实力的重要组成部分。我国动漫产业自2004年开始受到国家和地方政策的大力扶持，其发展走上快车道，然而做大的目标是要做强，在高速发展的过程中，动漫产业的国际竞争力是否与其成长速度相匹配，当前政府过度干预的动漫行业未来的走向是本文重点研究问题。文章从国内产业市场规制出发，采用实证研究和规范研究的方法，研究政策力量在动漫产业链构建中的作用与局限
