1、中小水电站水闸监控系统的设计——下位机部分摘要随着信息化技术在水利行业的大力推广,作为水利信息化的重要组成部分的水闸监控系统日益受到重视。如今在水闸监控系统的设计中,人们可以利用计算机网络技术、自动控制技术、通信技术和传感器技术,提高系统的自动化的水平,对水利的发展具有重要意义。本文首先对系统总体方案进行了研究与设计,分析了系统的功能,确定了以集散控制系统作为整个控制系统的结构,并对系统的软、硬件予以了介绍。随后,本系统选定了具有起重量大、负载刚性大、自动化程度高、安全可靠性好等特点的液压启闭机控制闸门升降。同时对液压启闭过程中同步策略进行了研究,给出了基于电磁换向阀控制回路的解决方案。同
2、时,通过研究电机软启动原理,设计了软启动控制电气原理图,并详细介绍了电机软启动的工作流程,实现了对电机的软启动控制、运行监视和保护。最后设计了PLC与闸门开度仪、液位变送器等传感器的连接,制定了闸门控制系统的具体流程,确定了PLC的型号,并绘制出了相应的梯形图程序。关键词:集散控制系统液压启闭软启动可编程控制器梯形图TheDesignofMediumandSmall HydroelectricPowerStation’sSluiceMonitoringSystem——PLCSectionABSTRACTAlongwiththespreadofinformationtechnologyinw

5、esoftwareandhardwareofthesystem.Secondly,thesystemusedhydraulichoistwhichhadcharacteristicsofsmallvolume,bigliftingweightandrigidload,ahighdegreeofautomation,security,reliabilityandsoontocontrolgate’smovements.Andthepaperstudiedthesynchronizedstrategyofhydraulichoist,designedasolutionwhichisbasedo
6、nthecontrolcircuitofelectromagneticdirectionalvalve.Moreover,thepaperstudiedtheprincipleofthesoft-starter,designedtheelectricalschematicsofthesoft-starting,introducedtheworkprogressofthesoft-startingindetail,andachievedthecontrol,surveillanceandprotectionofthemotor.Finally,wemakedthePLCandthesenso
