1、健康教育及行为干预对老年高血压患者的影响长沙市中心医院湖南长沙410004【摘要】目的分析和探究在老年高血压患者进行健康教育和行为干预的临床效果。方法选择2014年1月一2015年12月在我科接收治疗的200例高血压老年患者作为研究对象，随机划分为对照组和实验组，对照组患者给予了常规的护理方式，而实验组在此基础上乂给予了健康教育和行为干预，一段时间后对两组患者的治疗效果和基木知识掌握情况进行调查和分析。结果通过健康教育和行为干预之后，观察组患者的治疗有效率(98.0%)明显好于对照组(87.0%),他们之间的差异具备了统计学意义(P&

2、lt;0.05)o干预前两组患者的科学牛活方式、高血压常识认知情况、自我情绪控制及治疗依从性等方面无明显差异，不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组患者对上述知识的掌握情况发生一定的改善，但是观察组患者明显好于对照组，他们之间的差异具备了统计学意义(P<0・05)。结论给予老年高血压患者健康教育和行为干预不仅可以提高患者的临床治疗效果，而且还能提高患者对基础知识的掌握情况，因此值得在临床上推广。【关键词】老年高血压；健康教育；行为干预[Abstract]Objective：toanalysisandexploreth
