1、AbstractAbstractWiththerapidlydevelopmentofwirelesscommunicationtechnologyandthevastlyincreasingdemandforwirelessservice,thespectrumresourceiscontinuallyconsumed,whichmakestheextremeshortageofthespectrumresource.Inordertoeffectivelyutilizeexistingspectrumresourcestomeetthegrowing
2、demandofpeopleforwirelessservice,cognitiveradiotechniqueshavebeenproposedandrapidlydeveloped.Cognitiveradiotechnologyisthenextgenerationofwirelesstechnologyafterthesoftwareradiotechnology,mainlyusedtosolvetheproblemofspectrumreuse.Thecognitiveradiocanacquirethespectruminformation
3、bydetectingthesurroundingspectrumenvironment.Meanwhile,theidlespectrumresourceiscollectedandreallocated.Thesecondaryusercanchangetheparametersoftheirdeviceandtransmitdataontheidlespectrumallocateditself.Cognitiveradiotechnologyisanintelligenttechnology,withthecharacteristicsofhig
4、hflexibility,highadaptabilityandspectrumutilization.SincetheOFDMmodulationtechniquehastheadvantageofmakingupthespectralgap,theOFDM-basedcognitivewirelessnetworktechnologyhasbeenwidelyconcerned.ThispaperismainlytosolvetheresourceallocationprobleminOFDM-basedcognitiveradionetwork,w
5、hichcanbemodeledasamulti-constrainedoptimizationproblemandcanbesolvedusingevolutionaryalgorithm.Inthispaper,thebasicframeworkofevolutionaryalgorithmsisused.BasedonthenetworkresourceallocationmodelinOFDM-basednetwork,differentOperatorsaredesigned,andsimulationcaneffectivelydemonst
6、rateitseffectivenessbyaseriesofexperiments.Themainworksareasfollow:(1)AgeneticalgorithmbasedsubcarrierallocationalgorithmincognitiveOFDMnetworkisproposed,whichmainlysolvethesubcarrierallocationproblem,whileevenlydistributingthepowerresource.Thealgorithmusesheuristicstrategiestoin
