1、实用文案摘要本设计水质为制革废水,其特点:水量水质波动大;可生化性好;悬浮物浓度高,易腐败,产生污泥量大;废水含S2-和总铬等无机有毒化合物。制革废水处理厂设计规模2000m3/d,设计水质水量为:Q=2000m3/d,CODcr=1800~3000mg/L,PH=7.5~10,SS=700~1000㎎/l,BOD=800~1200㎎/l,色度200~400倍。经处理后,应达到下列出水水质:COD≤300mg/L,色度≤80倍,SS≤150mg/L,BOD达≤100mg/L,即达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中制革行业的二级标准。本工程方案设计依据有关
2、环境保护在污水中的要求,采用混凝沉淀—氧化沟工艺处理制革废水,在详细方案比较的基础上,选择了如下处理工艺流程:进水粗细格栅沉砂池调节池混凝反应池沉淀池氧化沟池二沉池紫外消毒间脱水间浓缩池图1工艺流程图通过设计计算可知COD的去除率为92.8%,SS的去除率为95%,色度去除为86.7%。经技术经济分析,此方案投资总额458.92万元,废水处理成本为1.49元/m3,有着良好的经济效益和社会效益。且节约用地、提高绿化、降低能耗的理念在设计中得到充分的实践,符合新时代环保的要求。关键词:制革废水混凝沉淀氧化沟标准文档实用文案AbstractThedesignisaboutt
