1、南京农业大学学报 2004,27(4):11~16JournalofNanjingAgriculturalUniversity新选粳稻BT型不育系主要农艺及品质性状的配合力分析3李建红,洪德林(南京农业大学作物遗传与种质创新国家重点实验室,江苏南京210095)摘要:利用6个新选粳稻BT型不育系和5个粳稻恢复系通过NCⅡ设计(北卡罗林那设计Ⅱ)共配制30个组合,对亲本7个主要农艺性状和10个主要品质性状的配合力进行了研究。结果表明:(1)在农艺性状上,一般配合力好的不育系是3004A、泗稻10号A和4108A,恢复系是9311和C418;品质性状上,一般配合力好的不育系是4002A
2、、泗稻10号A、4016A和武育粳3号A,恢复系是湘晴、C418和HP122;综合农艺和品质性状,3004A、泗稻10号A和4002A是较优的不育系亲本,湘晴、C418、HP122是较优的恢复系亲本。(2)表现突出的组合是4002A/南R187、4016A/南R187、4108A/湘晴、4002A/9311、4108A/9311、4016A/C418、3004A/HP122、泗稻10号A/HP122和4016A/HP122。(3)除糊化温度和直链淀粉含量外,其余15个性状的一般配合力方差大于特殊配合力方差;除穗长、每穗总粒数、垩白度和胶稠度外,其余13个性状上恢复系一般配合力方差大
