2、vantagesofthecellularnetwork,likewiderangeofcoverageandhighpenetrationofuserequipments,andcanguaranteearequiredefficientusageofradioresourcesandsteadyhigh-speedservicedelivery.However,whenreferstothecontinuityofE-MBMSserviceswhilemoving,nospecialstrategyisdesignedin3GPPstan

3、dard.UsersmovingbetweencellsinasinglefrequencynetworkcancontinuetoreceivetheE-MBMSservicesfrommulticastchannel.Whereas,itisnecessarytohandovertothetargetcellusingunicsttransmissioncarrierstocontinuereceivingE-MBMSserviceswhentheuserleavestheSFN.Whenauserhandsovertothetarget

4、cell,theremaybeotherusersneedingtohandovertothesamecellorbeginninganewcallinthetargetcell.Toomanydemandstoaccesstothetargetcellinashorttimemayleadtoalackageofresources,whichmaycausehandovercalldroppedornewcallblocked.Moreover,eveniftheuserhandsovertothetargetcellsuccessfull

5、y,theQoSrequirementoftheservicealsodependsontheresourceschedulingstrategyinthetargetcell.Becauseofthedelay-sensitivepropertiesofthereal-timemultimediamulticastservicesinTrunkingSystem,iftheallocationstrategyoftheradioresourcefailstotakethedelay-sensitivenatureoftheTrunkingS

6、ystemservicesintoaccount,itispossibletoleadtoalargelatencywhenTrunkingSystemusersreceivingmulticastservicesandaffecttheuserexperience.Inordertosolvetheseproblems,anadmissioncontrolalgorithmbasedonresourcereservationofthetargetcellattheedgeofthesinglefrequencynetworkforhando

7、verisdesigned.ThetargetcelldecideswhethertobepartoftheSFNwhentheusertryingtohandovertothetargetcell,ifitcanreducetheresourceoccupancyofthetarget,thetargetcelljoinsintheSFNandprovidemulticastserviceforTrunkingSystemusersthroughmulticastchannel.Otherwise,aresourcereservationa
