1、利用三种不同灭菌方式处理后的污水对微拟球藻进行培养,可以发现,微藻对营养物质的去除主要集中在培养刚开始的2-8天,之后,氮磷含量变化幅度较小;32天后,培养结束,污水中总氮、氨氮、硝氮、总磷的含量分别为12.66mg/L、0.47mg/L、0.27mg/L、0.09mg/L,去除率最高可分别达到81.2%、98%、97.67%66和95.63%。培养期间,三种污水中藻细胞密度最高可分别达到2×10、1.8×10、61.7×10cells/ml,油脂在藻细胞进入稳定期开始积累。由此可见,微拟球藻对污水的适应能力很强,在污水中生长良
2、好,对污水中氮磷等营养物质的去除效果明显。尤其是高压灭菌处理污水中的微藻,除了油脂积累量与滤膜灭菌的没有太大差别外,藻细胞密度、氮磷去除率都明显高于其他两种处理方式。采用PCR-DGGE结合测序分析的方法,分析不同微藻生长时期下三种不同灭菌处理方式的沉淀样品中微生物的群落组成及其变化。结果表明,变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)是优势菌;高压灭菌处理后培养的藻液中含有的微生物种类较少,优势菌种明显,另外两种则相反;相同的是三种处理方式的藻液中,都有微生物多样性随时间增加降低的趋势,并且培养
