2、ntscombustsinglecoalimpossiblyforalongtime,therefore,thepowerplantshavetocombustblendedcoal.However,thequalityofblendedcoalisveryimportantforpowerplants’securityandeconomv.Thetraditionalmethodoflaboratorytestinghasthedisadvantageofrepresentationofpoorsampling,an

3、alysisoflongperiodandSOon,whichcannotmeetthedemandofpowerplantcoalblending.Therefore,ithasgreatsignificanttoapplyon-linecoalanalysisinthepowerplantcoalblendingsystem.Inthispaper,theequipmentsofon—lineelementanalysisareappliedinpowerplantcoalblendingsystem.Itover

4、comestheshortcomingsoftraditionalmethodsofchemicalanalysis.办emainworkinthispaperisorganizedasfollows:themathematicalmodelofcoaIindexiSestablishedbasedonon-lineelementanalysis;coalblendingmodeliSestablished;eoalblendingcontrolsystemisdesignedandsimulated.However,

5、theequipmentsofon.1ineelementanalysiscanonlydirectlydetecttheelementcontentofcoal.Firstly,inordertopredictperformanceindexofcoalseparately,theratioofcarbonandoxygenisselectedascharacterizationofcoalage,andcomplexbituminouscoaliscategoriedthroughthefisherorderedg

6、athering.111etypeofon-lineidentificationofcoalisachieved.Secondly,thevolatileofanthraciteandlignitecoalarepredictedbyCUlVefitting.Becausebituminouscoalismorecomplexthanthem,BPneuralnetworkmodelisestablishedtopredictvolatile.Finally,BPneuralnetworkmodelisestablis

7、hedtopredictcalorificvalueandashfusionofcoal.SimulationresultsshowthatCOalelementalanalysisindexCallbeaccuratelypredictedincoalindustrialanalysisindexandperformanceindex(calorificvalueandashfusion).SOastoprovidereal.timedataforcoalblendingandboileroperation.Thro
